Lynn is licensed to practice real estate in DC and Maryland. She works with buyers, sellers and investors in acquiring and selling condos, coops and single family residences.
Lynn has negotiated transactions on behalf of her buyers and sellers with prices ranging from $300,000 to over $3 million. Her proven experience handling transactions throughout the Metropolitan area with first time buyers, clients who are “moving up,” scaling down” or repositioning their real estate investment portfolios make her a valuable asset to anyone wanting true representation in reaching their real estate goals. Lynn’s well-rounded familiarity with the Metropolitan area real estate market and personal policy of confirming her understanding of her client’s goals, enable her to negotiate effectively for her clients from inception to settlement.

Prior Business Background
Lynn had 15 years of business experience prior to her real estate career. She was a grain trader for a New York commodities firm, also worked for a British merchant bank, also in New York, where she started as a money market and securities trader and then promoted to corporate lending officer.
Lynn moved to Washington, DC in 1983 where she worked internationally as a business consultant, completing projects in market analysis, pricing assessments, competitive product review and investment promotion which spanned eight Caribbean countries. Her banking experience provided an excellent understanding of how banks fund themselves and how they lend money. Financing is a core necessity to real estate transactions. Lynn understands finance. Overseas consulting required patience, perseverance and strong communication skills. Experience bringing people with different viewpoints and interests to mutual agreement now translates to an ability to represent her clients with power and precision.
Lynn is the mother of three children (a daughter and two sons). Learning to take care of her family and nurture them has taught her how to take care of people.
